Good Flag: Tierra del Fuego Province, Argentina

No doubt about it, this flag is awesome. Even Tierra del Fuego’s name is awesome, as it means ‘Land of Fire’ in English.

In case you’re confused about what the white thing in the middle is, that is an albatross (NOT A SEAGULL!) and it has a very simple design by being a polygon.

Putting the Southern Cross on the flag is just common sense because this place is in the Southern Hemisphere, and the constellation can be seen in the sky and on other SH country flags:

Australia
New Zealand
Papua New Guinea
Brazil (plus circle for identification)

So, in short, this flag is very meaningful and simple at the same time. Did I mention the colors?

–WHAT’S THE NEXT BAD FLAG?–

Yer hint is…

NEW MEXICO, UNITED STATES

See you on Thursday!

  1. This might be one of my favorite flags! I like the constellation, the bird and the colors. Tierra del Fuego is also a great Spanish name!!
