The North Caucasian Emirate (1919-20) was just one of several countries that existed and then fizzled out while Russia was in crisis from the uprisings, and on the cusp of becoming the USSR.

You can see why I chose this because there is a smiley face on there! Aaaaaaaaaaand that is all I have to say about this flag.
