Holy smokes, CVT, this flag is one heck of a cesspool!

Coal Valley Township’s Wikipedia page does not have a lot about the town, other than some stuff like population, the Quad Cities Airport being partly located here, and the town being named for–you guessed it–the nearby coal mines.

What it looks like to me is a sign posted outside of a generic preschool. Except this preschool doesn’t abide by child labor laws…
