Bad Flag: Victoria, Australia

While most state flags of Australia are hardly original, Victoria capitalizes on that trope by literally just REMOVING THE COMMONWEALTH STAR, SHRINKING THE SOUTHERN CONSTELLATION, AND ADDING A CROWN ON TOP OF IT!
