I have two things to say about this flag.
At first, it looks like a design on a wall you’d see at some recently established burger restaurant in the Midwest, and I wouldn’t be too surprised if that is what it was based off of.
Then, it looks like a redesign for the state flag of Oklahoma, which is not very good.
And of those two opinions, I would go with the first one, but they were both too good to pass up for a flag from 2018(!)

That flag looks like it’s living on Tulsa time.

Do you think the circle should be turned sideways? Then it would remind me of the wind blowing.
